This 1 bedroom lower unit consists of a queen bed in the bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living area. Ocean View with beach access. Full kitchen and fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD and Stereo. Common area hot tub shared by upper and lower units. PETS WELCOME $15.00 fee per pet per night.

Please Note: You can rent the upper and lower units together for $320.00 per night mid week and $380.00 per night weekends and holidays. There is a One Time Cleaning Fee of $100.00. *** Also: You can rent both the Rough Cabin and the R&R properties for $835.00 mid-week or $1115.00 on weekends and one time cleaning fee of $200.00.***

CANCELLATION POLICY

All homes and condominium units have a 14 Day cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to day of arrival or the deposit of the 1st night will be forfeited. There is a standard $25.00 fee if canceling prior to the 14 days. Hotel and Motel policies vary, you will be informed of the individual policy at the time your reservations are made.
