King bed in master suite, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds in spare bedrooms. Sofa sleeper in living room. Full kitchen and washer/dryer as well. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO SHOES.

All homes and condominium units have a 14 Day cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to day of arrival or the deposit of the 1st night will be forfeited. There is a standard $25.00 fee if canceling prior to the 14 days. Hotel and Motel policies vary, you will be informed of the individual policy at the time your reservations are made.
