Designed as a home. Amenities include private bath, antique mechanical instruments, art deco digital movie theater, 1920's style soda fountain, conservatory, Tea Room, bird watching, bicycles with helmets, and meeting rooms are also available. This is a NON smoking home and there are NO pet accommodations.

Extended stays of three days or more is $50.00 per night for winter stays, and $75.00 per night for summer stays. Five dollars off per night for single occupancy. Under special conditions families with an older child can be accommodated at $10.00 each.

All homes and condominium units have a 14 Day cancellation policy. Reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to day of arrival or the deposit of the 1st night will be forfeited. There is a standard $25.00 fee if canceling prior to the 14 days. Hotel and Motel policies vary, you will be informed of the individual policy at the time your reservations are made.
